توضح هذه السياسة كيف تجمع شركة I Solutions Technology بياناتك الشخصية وتستخدمها وتحميها عندما تتواصل معنا من خلال إعلاناتنا أو نماذجنا أو موقعنا أو WhatsApp.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- الاسم ورقم الموبايل.
- اسم الشركة والمسمى الوظيفي.
- نشاط المنشأة وعدد العاملين، وإجاباتك على أسئلة النموذج.
- محتوى رسائلك إذا تواصلت معنا.
كيف نحصل عليها
نحصل على البيانات منك مباشرة عندما تملأ نموذجًا على Facebook أو Instagram، أو تراسلنا على WhatsApp، أو تتواصل معنا عبر موقعنا. وقد يملأ Meta بعض الحقول مسبقًا من بيانات حسابك، ويمكنك تعديلها قبل الإرسال.

- الرد على طلبك وتحديد موعد جلسة التقييم.
- فهم احتياج منشأتك وتقديم الخدمة المناسبة.
- متابعة تواصلنا معك، وتحسين خدماتنا وقياس أداء إعلاناتنا.
مع من نشاركها
لا نبيع بياناتك. قد نستخدم مزودي خدمات يساعدوننا في تشغيل أعمالنا، مثل Meta وWhatsApp وأنظمة إدارة العملاء والاستضافة، ويتم ذلك بالقدر اللازم فقط. وقد نفصح عن البيانات إذا طلب القانون ذلك.
المدة والحماية
نحتفظ ببياناتك طوال فترة احتياجنا إليها للأغراض السابقة، وبحد أقصى 24 شهرًا من آخر تواصل، ما لم يتطلب القانون مدة أطول. ونطبق إجراءات مناسبة لحمايتها من الوصول غير المصرح به.
حقوقك
وفقًا للقوانين المعمول بها، ومنها قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري رقم 151 لسنة 2020، يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، وسحب موافقتك على التواصل معك في أي وقت.

- Business activity, number of employees and your form answers.
- The content of messages you send us.

We receive data directly from you when you complete a form on Facebook or Instagram, message us on WhatsApp, or contact us through our website. Meta may prefill some fields from your account, and you can edit them before submitting.

- To respond to your request and schedule your assessment session.
- To understand your business needs and offer a suitable service.
- To follow up with you, improve our services and measure our advertising.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We may use service providers that help run our business, such as Meta, WhatsApp, and customer management and hosting systems, only as needed. We may disclose data where the law requires it.
Retention and security
We keep your data for as long as needed for these purposes, up to 24 months from our last contact, unless the law requires longer. We apply appropriate measures to protect it from unauthorized access.
Your rights
Under applicable law, including Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, you may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time.
